  4. Quality check performed upon receiving returned item
  5. Refund processed after successful quality check

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Size/model exchanges available within 7 days
  • Exchange subject to stock availability
  • Price difference applicable for upgrade exchanges
  • No exchange for damaged or worn products
